  • 450 g spicy breakfast sausage, cooked

  • 450 g block processed cheese, cubed

Method

  1. Preheat your Coyote barbecue for indirect cooking.

  2. In a cast-iron pan, combine the cooked sausage, cheese and tomatoes.

  3. Place the pan over indirect heat.
